Being able to show it off is a lot of fun. People respond well to an original piece hanging in the room - they immediate want to examine closer and hear the story behind the piece. The color palette warms the room and, in particular, reminds me to cheer up on those dreary fog-blanketed SF days by giving me an optimistic metaphor.
